Oska

A monochrome palette with masculine accents; the Oska woman is contemporary, laid back and effortless. Originating in Germany, Oska is a brand with a signature style consisting of light draping and menswear inspired silhouettes. We aim to translate these key aesthetic elements with layers of black, shades of grey and textures of white.

A crushed linen curtain contrasts the black hardware and other accent pieces. The continuous tiled floor introduces shades of mottled grey and a subtle brickbond pattern. From eye level above, the walls are hand-finished with a custom layered paint effect for a point of difference, but without distracting from the clothing.

A deep shade of charcoal is used on the ceiling and back wall to introduce dimension and contrast to the double height space. The low display units in the centre of the store are clad in raw steel and will develop a natural patina over time.

The oversize wardrobes at the rear of the store are clad in black steel sheeting and carry all additional stock, cleaning supplies annd even a kitchenette for the staff. In lieu of a store room, we ensure this joinery could be multi-purpose and serve the functional requirements of the store.
