Luxuria Watches 2.0
We re-define the luxury shopping experience by creating a hybrid showroom, retail and office space with a relaxed, almost residential feel. A visit is by appointment only, where the customer can browse a selection of prestigious vintage watches. This being our second collaboration with the brand, we aim to evolve the Luxuria Watches aesthetic and colour palette.

The Lobby is a bold first impression with bronze cladding and a moody charcoal paint finish drenching the walls. The security window offers a glimpse into the Workshop where watches are refurbished and serviced to as-new condition. Decorative lighting is used throughout to enhance the ambience and aesthetic of the interior.
The showroom and consultation space offers a more relaxed atmosphere than a traditional retail setting. Overhead lighting is soft and ambient, while integrated LED's in the display cabinets accentuate and spotlight the watches. The furniture and styling choices introduce another layer of pattern, colour and texture into the interior.
A private office overlooks George Street, and offers an area to manage the day to day operations of the business. The room employs the same designs principles, using moody charcoal grey and rich timber. Although this space is not seen by customers, we felt it was important to carry through the brand aesthetic and ambience.
The large scale bookshelf incorporates additional display & storage, while also adding personality to the space. The colour palette leans towards a masculine sensibility, with undertones of brown and muddy green. The chevron floor is contemporary, rich and grounding, but also compliments the heritage building.
A dark stucco finish is used on selected walls, and is accentuated by LED strip and decorative lighting. The dry bar displays a selection of whiskeys on offer, allowing Luxuria Watches to host guests and small gatherings for special events.
The bathroom and kitchenette are clad in quality finishes such as terrazzo, timber veneer and porcelain. Lighting is again important to set the tone and convey warmth in these spaces. The darker colour palette is unexpected, but welcoming, and further strenghtens the Luxuria Watches aesthetic.
